I bought this bag for my husband, thinking it would work for short trips including flights occasionally. The bag itself is beautiful, high quality and has everything: the solid zippers, a shoe compartment and a generous strap. HOWEVER the bag dimensions are not at all meeting carry on requirements, which are the following for most airlines: 9" x 14" x 22". This bag is 11" H x 19.5" L x 11" D - way too high when full! I am disappointed in the misleading description. It is my own fault for not verifying this before I bought it but I should expect the description to be accurate. Please change this or at least include the qualifier that if one wants to carry this bag on one can only pack it half full.
We decided to keep the bag as a great option for road trips.
Hi Dinka, thanks for your feedback. We're SO sorry for your disappointment. You're correct that most airlines carry-on dimensions are 9" x 14" x 22" (some are a bit larger, ex. Southwest at 10'' x 16'' x 24''). Our Campaign Waxed Canvas Medium Duffle is 11" x 11" x 19.5", so if you stuff it full it may exceed the 9" height dimension because it's a soft-sided bag. We've been able to travel successfully via carry-on being mindful of that.

What an amazing bag! Solid, rugged, and spacious. And they are bags that actually improve with use.
I'm really pleased with my duffle bag! Worth every penny!
This bag has so many amazing features. I love the buckles on the shoulder strap. As for function, the bag is lined with nylon which prevents color and wax transfer from the beautiful exterior onto my clothes. The exceptional customer service was the final piece that made me decide to become apart of the family. Thank you! Highly recommend 10/10
