I have purchased two items from Mission Mercantile, a Guide Bag and a Hunting Game Bag Set. Both items are very well thought out, extremely well made and both will last several lifetimes of heavy use. Both products compare favorably or surpass their competitors' products which cost substantially more than the Mission products.

I bought the backpack for my husband for Christmas .
He is very particular about Quality ,as well as what he wears, so when he commented on how “ classy” the backpack looked online, I took a chance & ordered it. It was the BEST decision ever! He loved it!!! The quality is superb… he is able to carry his laptop as well as other items with ease. It is a perfect size, big enough
to accommodate your needs , but not bulky & cumbersome. We are so happy with your product & will be ordering from you again .
Btw…. I called in Dec 23 , right before 5. The woman I spoke to was so pleasant and helpful & although I couldn’t get the item for Christmas ( that’s on me),we got it the day after !! The entire experience was wonderful. Thank you!!!

I discovered Mission Mercantile on the website for Colonial Williamsburg. MM makes several pieces in the CW leather goods line for visitors and lovers of history. My previous experience with Colonial Williamsburg hinted that Mission Mercantile products must be quality to be worthy of being sold under their name. I explored the Mission Mercantile website and found this beautiful blue leather zippered tote bag that came with a matching pouch. I ordered this item, along with having it monogrammed with my initials. The tote arrived fairly quickly. I immediately noted that the leather was thick and sturdy, and the sewing was done well. My initials were placed perfectly on the front of the tote, as I had hoped, and the color was uniform throughout the tote's surface. The zipper works well, and the interior is nicely finished. I am very happy with this purchase. Don't tell, but I decided to place an order for several more items to give as Christmas gifts. I'm confident they will be received well.

As soon as I opened the box, the quality craftsmanship was evident. The belt was soft to the touch but held it's shape. Unlike some other leather products I've bought, this smells like leather - not strong chemicals. Wearing it, the belt is comfortable and holds well, even with a concealed firearm. 10/10 would recommend.

I've had my Mission Mercantile roller duffel bag for years, and it remains in excellent condition. About a year ago, the retractible handle jammed due to a minor mechanical issue, and shopkeeper Haley and store owner Chuck went above and beyond the call of duty to help me bring it back to fully working condition. I highly recommend Mission Mercantile for their exceptional bags and customer service.

Got as a gift for my husband. You open the box and instantly am hit with that beautiful smoky leather smell. The way it’s packed is very elegant also. High quality product, would absolutely order again.

Highest of quality and definitely a generational type of investment. This bag was made in such a way that it’s like an estate piece as soon as you receive it.

I’m a leather goods addict. I LOVE all kinds of leather bags. My wife thinks I’m obsessed. I have messenger bags, camera bags, duffles, slings, pilot bags, and more. From Coach, Time Resistance, Filson, Korchmar, Bosca, Buffalo Jackson, Col Littleton, and more. Then I came across Mission Mercantile when searching for a new bpack. I have a new love. Sarah was superb when helping with my Theodore bag purchase. The leatherwork on the pebble hide was top notch. The full grain hide was thick and robust, especially the triple layered corners seemed bulletproof:-) The hardware is durable and elegant. The stitching was impeccable. The straps were padded and the added touches with the finger bridge closures and slip pockets above the front pouches were brilliantly functional. I can’t wait to get the messager bag to match. This is my new go to!

WONDERFUL QUALITY!

It was with some hesitation that I ordered this messenger bag : firstly because it is a costly item, and secondly because I live in the UK and the delivery and customs charges were extremely expensive. I was concerned that if it was not up to my expectations, it would be troublesome to return it, although I was reassured by the returns policy on the website.

The delivery was very speedy, and my fears were quashed when I opened the box : the quality of the canvas, the leather, and the metalwork is superb! The design, and the number and positioning of the pockets, is excellent. Truly splendid workmanship!

In short, I have been searching for this bag for ten years, and I am so pleased to have finally found it. Thank you so much for the great work that you have done in creating such wonderful products.

That old adage, “they just don’t make them like they use to”. Well, Mission Mercantile is an exception. This bag is exceptionally well built from the canvas to the stitching to the zippers. I have now purchased three luggage items, two backpacks and several miscellaneous items from them and they are all better than advertised and far better than what you can buy in even high end stores. I strongly believe in legacy and passing things on. All of these items will be used by my children and grand children for generations to come.

I have had this wallet for ten years and not only has it held up through floods and trips and moves and daily wear for almost 4000 days it’s been the perfect size and perfect quality since day one and the folks at mission mercantile have had great customer service on all the other orders I’ve had with them since then. I would buy again but I don’t need to.

Ordered the leather pistol case and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and craftsmanship. Shipping was fast. All in all a great experience with mission mercantile

I gave the Heritage hunting bag trio to my brother. When he called to thank me, he described how wonderful the experience was just opening the box. First, the rich leather smell, then the classy packaging and finally, the reveal. He loves it and he will have it for all of his days with his dog and hunting buddies. Just an awesome lifetime gift.

I saw an ad for this piece on Instagram and was instantly drawn to it.

I feel at times, when you see something online, and purchase it, you get the product in hand and feel let down because it doesn't look like the picture. This was not one of those times.

The craftsmanship and quality is beyond exceptional and I can only imagine this bag will be handed down for generations to come. Super happy that I pulled the trigger on this one!

I wanted a low profile case that fit my 32" Beretta well (with extended chokes). This case is perfect. It's very well made, with strong handles and a nicely padded interior to protect the finish. It's priced very well for its quality. I looked around a lot and I'm glad I settled on this one!
