I like to think I have an astute eye for quality, and the photos don't do these products justice they truly deserve. I have never seen anything so quite well-made. Over the years, we've made improvements to our Garment Bag based on customer feedback. We intentionally have designed the travel bag to accomodate the hangers on the inside of the bag rather than outside, where hangers can snag on things during travel. That's why the bag is designed long enough to comfortably accomodate the suit inside along with the hangers. The leather carry handle can also function to hang the bag on a rod or a hook. We also added an outside zippered pocket to accomodate even more travel items (ties, socks, underwear, etc).

Ordering and shipping was fast and easy. The greet bag is gorgeous and well made. I travel for work weekly and taking care of my suit on flights is imperative. I was pleasantly SHOCKED at the quality and condition of the bag when it arrived. Far exceeded my picky expectations. THE Only issue is the mechanism to secure the suit hanger head is a leather strap that snaps. It doesn't hold the suit high and tight. I took it to my tailor who installed a solid brass grommet at the base the strap and that did the trick. The next test is how it wears and holds up. If it does I will be back for another. I am VERY satisfied and glad I bought it. 5 Star customer service and 5 Star QUALITY.

Where do the hanger hooks hang? Is there not a hole on the top of the bag for the hangers to hang?
