The best leather journal!
I have several composition size notebooks and a few Leuchtturm 1917's and Rhodiarama in size B5, and they do not fit in this journal without having to cut a strip off the top of the Leuchtturm's and a strip off the side of the Rhodiarama B5's . The quality of the journal is nice but if you're looking to use either of the brand of journals I mentioned....just know they won't fit unless you modify or cut them to fit.

The Leather Journal is great but that isn’t why I’m giving Mission Mercantile 5 stars. It truly comes down to their customer service. I bought something from them a while back and it was on back order (as they were selling a lot of this product). I couldn’t wait any longer and I asked for all my money back. They didn’t hesitate and gave it all back to me the next day. Because of that, I reordered another item a few weeks later and that went on sale the same day I purchased it for 5% more in cost. They refunded me the difference with no hesitation again. I got my Journal Cover and it is fantastic. It matches a leather bag I already own perfect. Also, their customer service chat folks are great. I was able to send them a pic (over chat) of my leather bag and they helped me matched it to the right Leather Journal Cover color during that chat. Great Product but Outstanding Customer Service :)!!

Amazing cover! Quality is unmatched as with all their products. Only comment is a hard cover composition notebook is the slightest too big. Just makes the cover bulge up at the crease a little. As with genuine leather it will probably stretch out with use but I got some other flimsier composition notebooks on Amazon and they fit perfect. Definitely recommend.

Good quality leather ; it is made in Mexico ; pen/pencil holder is small and doesn’t fit normal size pens, will fit a #2 pencil with work.

I love this product. I'm pretty picky about my leather goods, but this leather journal cover is awesome! High quality, well designed and very functional. And, my entire office smells like leather. Highly recommend.
I use this every morning for journaling. It's a high quality leather and smells great. I also love that it's made in the USA. There are two pen holders and a business card holder. My only critique is that the business card holder somewhat gets in the way of writing on the first few pages when you lay it flat but you get used to it. Other than that I love it. I may buy another for work.
It’s good and pretty that my journal is covered and protected with the odor of genuine leather. I will use this also as a sleeve for my iPad.

The pen loops only fit slender pen like a classic Cross pen, so I use my Cross pen.
