The messenger bag isn't a new concept. Its roots date all the way back to ancient
Our Messenger Bag? We began with shape reinforcement for added carrying capacity and a steady foundation. 10 oz.
Will it take a beating? Absolutely, and it'll look good doing it.
Good bag. Holds thing well.
Awesome bag for the money. Functional, work well in a formal or casual environment and is well made. Great product
This bag is fantastic. I've been using it as my only work bag for about a year now. I moved into this one from two Coach laptop bags that come nowhere near this one as far as quality of production is concerned. The canvas is super tough and has held up amazingly. There's not even a scratch on this bad boy after it's been in a tougher working environment than most laptop bags. It's just big enough to carry everything I need including my Macbook Pro. I think this bag really bridges the gap well between masculine ruggedness and sophistication, it can be carried with pride to the job site or the board room and that works very well for my sense of style. All the hardware is top notch, heavy duty brass everywhere and the leather has held up great as well. The value for the price is simply unmatched with Mission Mercantile, I'll be grabbing something else soon just to try it but this bag will last for decades to come. Thanks guys!
Just received the bag today and I am very impressed with the materials used (solid brass hardware, heavy duty waxed canvas, YKK zippers, and vegetable tanned full grain leather) and also its bomb proof construction. I don't think I will use it as a EDC as it is quite heavy. But, it can qualify as a briefcase for work for sure!
