I buy purses, billfolds, shoes, and such planning to wear/use them for a long time - say, 15 -20 years for purses and billfolds. Fashion trends are just not important to me. But a clean looking line, efficient arrangement, and durability are key to my choices. Check with me in 10 years and we'll see how this purse holds up.
Suggestions (minor): - an interior, durable zippered pocket in the middle; - finding a way to more completely close the opening (not bad as is, just a very small gap).
I appreciate: - seems to be good quality leather; ; - zipper looks to be sturdy; - strap seems to be securely and durably attached.

Top-Notch Quality
This is a beautifully made bag. It will probably last longer than I will. You can tell, however, that this isn't a company that specializes in handbags or there would be an outside pocket for essentials. Still, I would highly recommend.
